Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

We deliver Pan India. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

• On orders of ₹999 and above, you receive a shipping discount of up to ₹100. If the actual shipping cost exceeds ₹100, the remaining amount will be added to your order total.
• On orders of ₹1999 and above, you receive a shipping discount of up to ₹190. If the actual shipping cost exceeds ₹190, the remaining amount will be added to your order total.
• A minimum order value of ₹349 applies to all orders.

Delivery Estimates

• North India: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• North East India: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, with your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ayurveda Holic (Nidhi Ayurveda) is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
